Return and Refund Policy
At Founder Republic, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with returns and refunds. Please review our policy below for more details on how to proceed.
1. Returns
We accept returns on items that are in their original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
• The return request is made within 30 days of purchase.
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hi@joseroqueni.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Please Note:
• Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied automatically to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please Note:
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at hi@joseroqueni.com with photos and details of the damage or defect. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Items marked as final sale or clearance.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Gift cards.
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
5. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returning your item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hi@joseroqueni.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the 7-10 business days processing time:
1. First, check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank. Processing times can vary between financial institutions.
